Napoleon in Newcastle – ‘Hittin’ the Streets’

Mutah ‘napoleon’ Beale, ex gangster rapper from 2pacs’s Outlaws group, came for a weekend in July ’09 to Newcastle upon Tyne to spend some time with the youth on the street.

This is the first of many inshAllah as he is intended to come up every month for at least 2-3 days.

EMTEP has officially launched its HYPE project, which Mutah ‘Napoleon’ is the first of many celebrity role models will be visiting Newcatsle over the coming months inshAllah.
